Virtual Training offers customized training plans built specifically for you, with your needs and goals in mind by one of our certified training staff. Our trainers will guide you through the plans designed for you and since no two people are alike we will update your plans the more we learn about how you and your body work to help you achieve your goal. 

If you would like to kick it up another notch we also offer customized meal planning. Our plans are updated as needed based on scans and/or measurements. Our meal planning is a combination of Macro Nutrient Coaching and Detailed Meal planning so that you are not restricted while reaching your goals.
