Discover the advantages of having a personal trainer, one who can tailor a fitness program to meet and exceed your goals, who will be there every step of the way through the challenges and the fun. 

We offer a variety of options including Personal, Online and Hybrid training. Not only do we customize the training programs but if you choose to have meal planning included in your program we customize it too!

Accountability can be hard but we try to make it as easy as possible, using our 3D Scanner (Where available) or a simple tape measure and hand held tool we will work together to learn what works for your body and helps us reach your goals!

How does it work?

Our goal is to make fitness and health achievable for anyone regardless of your fitness level or schedule. All you have to do is let us know your availability, preferred frequency, fitness level, goal and location, with that information we will work to see what program method works best for you. Options include One on One training, Online training or a Hybrid of the two. 

After you have chosen a program we will schedule an initial visit where one of our staff members will meet with you to fill out any necessary paperwork and complete your initial assessment/3D scan. From here we will design your program and schedule your next appointment!

Want to work out with some friends or coworkers? Lets us know and we will arrange for a group training package that works for your whole group! We can make it into a fun contest or just a group program regardless of everyones fitness level.

What you'll need to get started

Depending on the chosen location of your training program we may need to make arrangements for different equipment, however generally the items listed below are a great starting point and in most cases we can provide everything else you need to complete the workout!

  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Mat (yoga/stretch)
  • Hand weights/dumbells (in desired weight)
